SudhaNarasimhachar worked withCanara Bank for 23 years. Writing is her passion. She wrote for the Bank’s house magazine and after retirement, took up freelance journalism seriously. She is an avid blogger, has contributed middles, features, profiles, interviews, travelogues, development and opinion articles, short stories & poems to newspapers, journals and online magazines. Many of her articles have been published in Deccan Herald, The New Indian Express, The Hindu, Sulekha.com, citizenmatters.bangalore.in, etc.
She was one of the founder-members of Kathalok, an association of Bangalore-based writers/journalists started by Sri Joseph Kaval. She has conducted workshops on creative writing for children & contributed stories to two anthologies by Kathalok.
Founder trustee of SAHYOG, an NGO founded to assist the needy meet their medical and educational expenses. Coordinates with and assists other NGOs like The Goodwill International, Mathru Educational Trust, New Life &Chiguru.
